Orders are dispatched from our studio within 1–2 business days and arrive 7–15 business days after that. Every parcel is tracked. Order by 1 December for Christmas delivery.

What if my kit arrives damaged or incomplete?
Email a photo to support@thimblelark.com and we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to ship anything back.
